This iconic shape has been an influence on generations of artists, playwrites and theologians, its probably one of the first objects ever used for interior design. Too often its true beauty is over looked we see only death, but this situation is changing with the increase in our interest in the natural world the embracing of museums, and an appreciation of design all contribute to a new aesthetic. We are so “in touch” with this object, it almost feels like part of us.
